Beers are about 40 riyals at every bar in town except the Rugby Club and maybe a few places in Old Doha. You can find London Pride for cheaper but you're looking at $10+ almost everywhere for everything outside of happy hours.

This is now the standard price of a pint in Dubai. Some of the higher end hotels are charging 8.38 pounds sterling for a pint of beer. Dubai recently increased taxes on hotels and pretty much everything is going up. The same price is applicable for a shot of tequila costing about 7pounds. This price is standard average in all the main tourist areas of Dubai. Only the cheapest places which are in old areas charge the prices listed on your site.
